Best 1000Watt light on power?

What is a decent priced 1000Watt light 2-3 hundred that doesnt use a super amount of energy.

they are all really similar in power usage. some balast may be a lil more efficient, but 1000 watts is 1000 watts

I think the digital ones are a little better than the magnetic.
