Benefit from temperature swing?

I'm lucky enough to be able to 100% control the temp & humidity of my grow space and was wondering if I should implement a temperature swing. I've been keeping the area at 75-79F 24/7.

I'm running lights 18/6. Should I let the temperature fall a little during lights off?

i have heard uncle ben say a temp swing is necessary but imo the best grows i have done where when the temp changes from lights on to lights off were pretty stable.

A temp swing of 10 degrees is best IMO

in veg it does not matter,In bloom it is nice to have a temperature diff of ten degrees ,
it will increase resin production and potency,

The more temp variance in bloom the more they will stretch...can be problematic.
