Beneficial insect or not?

It's not the best quality but wtf are all these insects in my coat if Maine Stonington blend platinum mix? Never had this problem before but first living soil run.< any help would be appreciated. I couldn't figure out how to diagnose the video in here any help about how will help also

Sorry not to savvy with computers but you can find it's under @npk420 you tube

I can't see the video but I'm assuming fungus gnats. I mix mosquito bits in the soil and also water it in a few times. Cleans them up quickly.

I can see the video but not sure if good or bad. It’s moving the decaying material so I would say good but…

I saw a couple of mites go by, but I don't know WTF that was in the middle.
