Bend or Kink in Stalk

Hey everyone,

Recently i set up a grow box and i had to bend my plants over so that they take up less space and will eventually be able to grow through a SCROG setup. This doesnt matter its just background info.

The question i have is, if my stalk has a kink in it, can i leave the plant as it is and will it still survive with the kink or does the stalk have to be perfectly straight and strong.

Ive heard i can just leave the plant as it is and it will grow fine.

It will be fine but ya may want to straightin it out if really bent. Or check it out and see how they heal them selves for fun.
