so ive got everything i need to start a grow and had some questions regarding a new grow. i got a freebie seed or hashplant haze from dna genetics and after successfully germinating it, planted it last monday:

after a week it still looks very tiny and does not have the vigorous growth i had with some test tomatos. it looks healthy, just very minimal growth. i used a 50% ocean forest, 40% canna coco and 10% perlite mix. after germination, i planted the seed and watered with adjusted PH and also fed it with fox farms big bloom per the feeding schedule with shows 2Tbl per 1 gallon of water. I then watered the plan again with just plain PH adjusted water 3-4 days later. anyone know what might be wrong?
with that being said, i plan on setting up a real grow. ive got 5 nirvana AK48 feminized seeds and also 9 nirvana ICE mixed seeds.
1)what would be the right combination of seed germination to get 2 successful ak48 plants and 2 successful ice plants? i want to avoid germinating unceccesary seeds if possible.
2)what is everyones opinion on the fox farms feeding schedule for those who have grown using the big 3? i keep hearing various things like its OK to follow the feeding schedule to the T, while others day do not feed them them until x numbers of weeks and only at certain dosages?
