what are some good seeds for beginners to grow for outdoor and or indoor.

yeah, that's what i'm doing... i figured i'd work out some kinks, and if i can keep em goin to harvest, then i'll try my hand at some seeds that don't come in the bottom of a bag

I agree. Stick with any skunk - they are tolerant to mistakes. Super Skunk or good old Skunk #1 would be a nice first indoor grow.
