I started the seedlings in miracle grow organic soil watered every two to three days using 5 23 watt CFLs 5000 K 24/7. no feeding or fertilizing lights are about 2 inches away from top. I fucked up and dropped a roll of duct tape on top of the plant that's why it's bent but the leaves were curling up before that and we're droopy before that

Thick leaves with protruding veins says a lot about a grower

you may have to ask yourself

why's it just so green..?

More often than not it's the soil, MG is more for advanced growers. Also what have you added for aeration? This is extremely important, your mix should have 50% perlite, or sphagnum peat moss, anything that provides aeration.

It's difficult to overwater if you're mix has adequate aeration/drainage. Water until you see 10-15% runoff.

Only an idiot would use MG, but you are not to know its owned by Monsanto,

the real issue here seems the lack of air in your soil mix, holding way too much water

next pot up, ad 30% perlite or river sand, to encourage air in the mix

add 2 warm red cfls at 2400 kelvin will give her some height

good luck

Er...its the sphagnum peat moss, that holds the water like a sponge hence it holds nutes in that water ...
.. leading to nute burn to come, water according to pot weight is a great start

okay my next question is what do I do about the fan leaves that have tears in them?
Just leaf them

avoid removing any leaves

use them as control points

once the leaves return to color

then you know your corrective tricks have worked

leaves are the food supply for the plant,

remove the leaves removes that food you need to build the plant with

this applies now and here

and later in late bud

good luck
