my plants are about 3 months old and are starting to get to tall to fit in my grow area what were to happen if i change from 24 hr light to 12/12 would my babies bud?
begin budding early?

yes they will bud but if you turn to 12///12 then make sure the dark times it is completly dark no light leeks or it could slow the process or turn ur plants hermi but i say turn it to 12///12

Whats your setup and that will tell us if your ready to flower. how tall are they?

if heights a problem now you might need a plan B because when they flower they'll double in size.

15 inches is more than enough to bud you only need 12 and if your plant are 3 months old there more than likley ready to bud ..... are they showing pre flowers??

depend on strain and condition and how good u take care of em ... id say ur doin good but there pretty small so i dont know bro but should be decent

You may want to consider bending the main branches and tying them down to grow horizontally (if you're running out of headroom).
