Before i waste money is this a good veg light

I took this off the page/link:

"Full daylight spectrum incandescent grow bulbs"

I do not understand this statement...

It would be real good, if you had 4 of them....
 
I used something similar and it was decent, to be honest florescent aren't bad in veg in general.

However if you get the same amount of watts in HPS it's just better, I've made the switch myself and I'm never looking back. The heat isn't as bad as everyone seems to make out.

A 2' 4 bulb T5 HO unit will give you more lumens for less wattage. Light is more evenly spread over the canopy, and you can bring the unit within a few inches.
With the multiple tubes you can fine tune the light spectrum with specialty tubes, for more blues or reds as you need it.
