Been Busted in FL?

I am wondering how heavy the charge would be for growing 5 plants in FL should a bust occur? I read the NORML sites breakdown of the laws, but I want to hear from people who have had the misfortune of it actually happening and how hard they were hit? Florida is a pretty ruthless and draconian in its persecution of cannabis, and I know the risk is much greater there than other places so I would like to here first hand accounts.
