been busted for being concerned in the production of weed

a mate had a grow and im being linked to it because i was seen near his yard. any way seems the police didnt count the plants and it all went strait in the skip along with the equipment. do they need to know the exact amount of plants to prosecute him. they say he had between 40 and 50 but if they dont know exactly whos to say there wasent 20 just seems a bit odd they didnt count them what do you guys think.

in florida 1-99 is the same felony..they should take inventory and be accountable for a specific number.

If not, some could just disappear.

he could demand a receipt or at least copy of police report.
