howdy folks, I've been MIA awhile.. tryin to find something stable to plant my feet on in this fucked up climb we call life... ended up gettin fucked over again... seems to be a reoccuring theme in my life.. but i'm learning to deal... so it's getting better...
I moved to Arkansas like two days ago... got lost on the way thru jackson at the vicksburg exit... found my way back alright and as i pulled into arkansas, my phone decides to stop working, so I can't call the people i'm staying with, to find out where to meet them at... so I dfive all around Conway for hours trying to find a place that looks like they may live in it.. cause i didn't even know if they lived in a house or a trailer.. nothing to go on except there's a GED center with-in walking distance...
After about 8 hours of this, I get a hotel... 74 dollars at comfort suites.. i'm nasty, smelly and exhausted cause i've did nothing but drive from 6 that afternoon to 4 the next afternoon... I get a shower, set up my tracfone that I finally broke down and bought so I could call back home... (No, I don't have their number memorized, it's on my phone.. damn my electronic dependance..lol...).. so, i get cleaned up, toke some bud and finally relax, I fall asleep at like 430, and finally she checks her email, they get the dozen emails my overly worried mother sent her and calls and wakes me up...lol... so, I essentially paid 74 dollars for a shower and a one hour nap...lol...
And then, on my way back to the hotel, I get pulled over for straddeling the turn lane and making a left hand turn... but only got a ticket for no insurance.. so that was awesome... then, before I could even make it back to the hotel... I get fuckin pulled over AGAIN.. by the same cop... he tells me, DUDE.. i'm not giving you another ticket.. your tail lights are out.. get it fixed... so that was cool...
Now i'm trying to find a connection and get my room set-up... it's been a hell of a weekend... anyway.. hope y'alls 4th was better than mine

.... sounds like an adventure... i take it you got your truck fixed? glad to hear you got out of bumfuck mississippi... nothing really out there for moving forward in life
