Becoming a caregiver

So i have a few questions maybe someone could help me out with...Im a legal cardholder and grow for myself,My grandfather is planning on getting his card and wants me to be his caregiver,what do i need to do on my part to become a caregiver for him?

Your grandfather needs to list you as his caregiver on his application and you need to fill out the caregiver assetation with his application.

If we are truely free,do we need a permit.

I think the $10 is only for changing/adding a caregiver once you're already registered. You shouldn't have to pay anything if you fill out the paperwork with the patient when they first register or when they renew.

Yep,his original 100$ covers it f you're originally listed as care giver. 10$ is for a refile/change address/caregiver info change stuff.
