If you have problems activating your account, make sure you add us as an email contact ([email protected]) If you don't see the validation email, check your junk mail. If you still have problems ordering, use our printable order form or contact us via our 'Support Ticket'
IMPORTANT:
If you ordered using method 1 (Online order with order number), you will automatically be sent an email when your order has been shipped. Please don't email us asking if we received your order unless it's been over 2 weeks. Once we get it, you'll be the first to know. We will not respond unless it's been over 2 weeks. Please keep email use to a minimum.
If you ordered using method 2, We Do Not Update you via email when your order has been received and shipped. Please don't email us asking if we received your order unless it's been over 4 weeks. We will not respond unless it's been 4 weeks. Please keep email use to a minimum.
