can anyone tell me there best way/easiest to germinate and grow feminized niravana bubblicious haze???? seeing as my last grow went relly bad

You can do the moist paper towel, or I've heard people have good success with putting the seed in a shot glass and when the seed sinks either put it in a moist paper towel or transplant it straight from there.

Wet toilet paper in a drawer. Should see results in a few days

i currently got them on damp cotton wool and sat on in my tv stand on top of my sky box so it is dull not pitch black and has heat is that ok or am i best off just moving it to a drawer? they been there about a half a day

yeah you should be fine just make sure the seed doesnt get any light.
