When dealing with cfl's should I go by the actual wattage or the higher wattage it supposedly emulates from a type-A bulb?
For example I have some cfl's that are 13 watt bulb that put out 60 watts of energy...also is it ever too young to start using indoor lights to grow my "tomato plant seedling"? I heard you shouldn't use direct light for a few weeks...
