Hi has anyone grown barneys pineapple chunk ? Any tips or feedback would be cool

It's widely regarded as one of the worst strains of all time. The tip: pop something else.

I had a pheno from it and a lot of others have that was pretty damn good. They have a bad rep as it’s pure luck to find something worth keeping. I ran their critical Kush and were not Kush imo but fruity and fast good yielder and pressed for rosin returns are 25% most runs. So there is decent stuff but to spend money their are definitely more consistent and better companies out there and probably similar pricing

I grew 2 seeds of pineapple chunk years ago and it was horrible. Neither were even close to indica as describe. Both were sativa phenos and one flowered for well over a hundred days before I finally chopped, it wanted to go longer.

I would go with something else.

Hey, I was just kidding. Barneys Farm is a legend in the biz, and have won many awards for their superb genetics. Pineapple Chunk is a great choice for primo, reliable, chunky pineapple buds that finish exactly when you chop them. It's all I run.

All that matters is how it smokes, imo. You won't know fully till then. Ive basically thrown away or given away all my Barneys farm freebies. Always seem to buy seeds when they're on the freebies.

my friend use to supply me with some great tasting pineapple chunk he kept it around for a few years and i liked it! and im a high tolerance person so he must of got lucky on the hunt?
