Balls or seeds on the plant?

Hello everyone

Friend of mine was worried with his first grow and come over to me with these (picture) we don't know if it's the start of a female bud or a seed or a hermiething? The plant is 54 days into 12/12 and this was found on one of the lowest branches. Hope you can help us out!!

I'm no expert but they look like seeds

looks like seeds to me. check for male flowers. they look like little balls growing on stems at first then open up into little yellow flowers.

So he better pull all the plants out asap? even though they are not ready yet for 1-2 weeks
