Bagseed selection.

Generally speaking (here comes the catcalls) the smaller spotted seeds are indica or indica dominant. Need less light and grow shorter while finishing quicker than sativas. The big round seeds are generally sativa or sativa dominant. Killer bud from most strains but take more and longer and everything. I love them! Good luck. Love bagseed - sometimes.

Yeah, I gotta agree with the other posters in that thread, this isn't correct in my experience.

I like the suggestions provided, and I'm hoping Harley is correct, or I get lucky, because all my bagseed comes from one guy, who has only one supplier, but when I popped 3 seeds last season, they all came up female :)
But there was a strongly Sativa dom. plant, a mostly Indica dom. plant, and one in between.
I'm hoping for a couple Indicas that I'm going to pop now. :)

Different genetics from the same bag, or different bags?

I don't really know enough to weigh in, but if it's from the same bag, idk.... doesn't seem right to me.

IDK, but I'd guess it's still a 50/50 chance, but I'm starting 2 seeds just to be sure, due to the fact all mine are not from one batch, and I only want one plant.
If both end up being ladies, well, I'll just have to suffer. LOL

That's great info, Chucky, and I'm hoping it plays out for me. I've been buying sativa/indica TGA seeds, but then a friend gave me about 15 seeds that are gigantic in comparison. Almost twice the size. And I have no idea what they are. But if that means they're sativa/dom, I'll be very very happy with the results!

Thanks for reposting that.
