bad transplant

did a not so good transplant, the root mass got all messed up. the worst part is they were 4 inch seedlings that i thought had developed a stronger root system.

moved from .5 gallon to 3 gallon under 18/6 600wat hps

things i can do/expect?

Just wait IMO they should recover and take off. It could take a while.

Wow, that was WAY too early man, I wouldn't have even thought about bothering the roots that early unless there was evidence of a root issue, but too late now.
Anyway, be patient and let them recover, don't give any ferts yet, and post some pics with your next post so we can see how they are doing.

word in the morning. yeah i know it was early but they have been growing very slowly so i figured they were possibly root bound :/

At that size impossible, Why were you going from a 5 to a 3 gallon? did you mix up the numbers?
