Bad Plant Problem

the top few sets of leaves are curling upward. anyone know what this might be? is it heat stress? all comments help thank you

yes sounds like heat stress, are they getting crunchy on the tips?

just planning on raising the light. its a 150 watt hps and is about a foot off the plants i think i need more than that .
