Bad leaves!

Plant/Grow area info:
  • Germination start date: 2/20/13...1 month ago today.
  • Soil: Happy Frog 50%-Perlite 40%-Vermiculite 10%
  • 1 gallon pot
  • 4 x 100w CFL 6500k
  • Distance from plant: 5-6"
  • temps: 75-83 degrees
  • Humidity: 45-54%

The problem is my leaves are twisting. Some of the lower leaves are getting ripped, getting spots(yellow and brown), the ends of some leaves are getting crispy and just fall off?? I have feed it once with mg tomato food at half strength. I water about every three days with pH'ed water at 7.0 and about 400mL (give or take) every time. I recently picked up some Bonnie Plant & Vegetable food NPK: 8-4-4. Should I use this on next feed (tomorrow or friday)? About two days ago a light fell and burnt off two new fan leaves (hanging top leaves in pic #2), and broke a new node off(almost as clean and in same spot as a pruning cut). Can i cut the leaves that are bad or should i just leave it?
