My friend Haven't grown for a looong time (more than 10 years,) He feels completly outdated because in 10 years technology changed specially with the type of lighting and new nutrients food for them too.

would appreciate any link or suggestion, however just triyed this i49 new seedbank, seeds came but quality needs to be checked.

any type of information is greatly appreciated

Plants are still plants for a start thank fcuk, nutes are still nutes, lights are still lights and there is a seedbank section here somewhere also

if using leds you need to run at 85-90degrees thats a big change from fighting the heat, embracing it. Has to do with intensity and no heat. Topdress all plants with sand, hydracorn something to keep bugs from becoming a problem. And co2 is must with leds running hard.
