babby plant needs saved

i have a 3 week old plant and it was outside and got flooded out. it was growing a couple days later and then it just started wilting. i moved to indoor in a grow box?? i cant put pics on but is there any thing i can do to save it????? also the first sets of leaves fell off and its got 2 sets left. what can i do.. neeed help

sounds like overwatering
transplant into dry soil
they should begin 2 perk up

was it the oval leaves? and if it got flooded then you dont have drain holes add some of those and give it a couple days, but if its the oval leaves they fall off man so no need to worry about that
