B-52 Seeds=SLOW? 4/10 in 6 days!?!?

Maybe I'm just being paranoid, but I'm in day 6 of germinating Nirvana's B-52. Of 10 seeds, 4 have popped, 2 on day 4 and 2 on day 5, none today. I'm using the damp paper towel in a bag method on a heating mat (~82-85F).
I don't recall ever having seeds take so long... (it's been a while since I've planted any seeds, though)
Is it possibly just a trait of this strain?
I've also just started using the heating mat, maybe too hot?

maybe too hot, ill use warm not hot water cups, and some seed's take longer to pop-out!
maybe 1 week, and some seed's dosent germinate not at all...

i have got almost all of my time 100% germinate this method :

big class, fill up warm water, put the seed's in it, place class some dark closet or rack, at next morning hit very easy with your fingers top of the seed's then they drown, maybe some seed's have drown while at the night, change water every day at least 1 time at day.
when yu see seed popout give a little time and when yu see 2-4mm long root then take it and place in the soil.

this method my all seed's has been germinate, and those seed's wich dosent germinate at all then yu see..
