I have a problem with aphids.i have used 1 tsp per 16 oz and haven't noticed much effect. I have only applied twice.once last week and once this week. Should I up the frequency or up the dose?

i use 2 ozs per gallon dont know what that comes out to in ur measurments but ya

2 US fluid ounces is
4 US tablespoons
