average house power usage???

how many watts are average houshold appliances, like vac. a space heater etc.? Do these things use as many watts as a grow light??

vac - 100-200w, computer - 200-500w, laptop - 40-80w, tv - 100-1000w, incandescent light bulb - 50-150w, fridge - 70-150w, guitar amp - 15-150w, microwave oven - 70-150w, a grow light - 150-1000w, a smoke of your favorite bud - priceless.

so unless u have like a serious op the power being used from one light could be a number of things in a house? Like a 1500 watt space heater? This consumes more power then a grow light correct?

i just bought a party blender and its says it uses

700WATTS!!!!!

Replace 5 x 100w reg bulbs with 26W CFLs and you just freed up about 375 watts..or a sweet 400w HPS..

you have to consider the lights will be o 24-7 or 12-7. uses a bit more power than you have been lead to believe so far. your microwave may use 1500w but only for a minute. i have a small grow with about 600w. my bill went up about 60 bucks a month.

i have a 4 bedroom with a 2KW grow and use about 4000 kwhrs per month...

I should be glad that Quebec is probably one of the biggest producers and lowest cost... I have an apt and pay $63.00 a month..but here a house will run you about $150.00 thats running a dryer/washer daily..kids and all that..
They pay for your CFL's here..... little do they know......

I have a 1000w and 400w in a 3 bed room house. The most was 4000kw in the winter cold month but average 3200kw per month.
