Autos using supersoil

I had a few vision northerlight autos that I wanted to run with FFOF and happy frog base soil and supersoil. I was wondering if anyone had good success running autos in supersoil. Or is this a bad idea. I plan on running bottom third of bucket with supersoil, the rest I was going to fill with ocean forest and hollow out the center and fill with happy frog to start the germed seedlings and I'll be growing outdoors also. Ive used supersoil before but never grown autos before, any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
 
If your soil is pH balanced and is a good mix then hell yeah run it just make sure it's not to hot so it does not burn the Lil guys

Alright thanks man, I think I'm going to try to throw a couple in supersoil mix and try a couple with just plane OF and happy frog and feed with fox farm trio just in case. Thanks for the advice

ideal 420 soil
and organic feed with a touch of chemical

best plant u will ever make (untill u do it again and your skills have increased then even better plant )
 
Definitely run them. There's a thread on you tube where a guy is growing in 3 gallon pots with 1 gallon of super soil on bottom. They look great. I have 5 auto white widow going now. I was scared to use super soil on bottom so I'm top dressing them with it. They love it. Next grow I'll definitely use some on bottom.

Alright thanks. Are 3 gallon pots big enough for autos or should I run them in 5s

That is a very debatable topic. Me personally I running those in 5 gallon pots. 3 1/2 gallons of ocean forest/happy frog mix top dressed as needed with up to 1 1/2 gallon super soil. But I think either will be fine.
