Autos had to be re potted two weeks from seed to different soil took a few weeks to adjust

Question is how will this affect the overall life cycle of the plant? Has this happened to anyone else on this site?

I have repotted autos and not run into any issues. If you were rough with them you might run into some stunted growth. They usually stick to their short life span and that doesn't change because you transplanted. The plant just won't be as big.
