would anyone happen to know how to make an automatic watering pump or any companys that sell them to fit 50 gallon drums?

edit: not to automaticaly feed and water the plants, i mean something that could be set in the corner of the room and turned on and used when you want to water so you dont have to try and lug 2 gallon watering cans to the plants in the back.

i think it might end up being a do it yourself project. i dont know if it would be more practical just getting a 1 gallon watering can and magivering an extented hose for it to reach the back plants and mixing nutes each time you fill it, instead of having 2 50gallon drums of pre mixed nutes with airaters running in them.

yea I was just looking this up last night and I saw an article on icmag that a guy used a 55 gallon barrel with a submersible pump connected to a garden hose/watering wand.
They also used a 20 gallon sump pump container for mixing their nutes in and left the 55 gallon barrel as the water source. If you go the barrel route you are going to need to add an air pump to it though so you can keep it aerated.
The last post was them saying the wand kept clogging because of the nutes. I think if you used it just for watering it will be fine.
I'm trying to find something I can put together that I can drop in a 5 gallon bucket and water with. I'm not sure how to go about connecting a wand to a small
aquarium pump..
