Automated temp control?

A guy I know mentioned dual purpose thermostats, programmed to pull cold air from outside when the room hits 77 for example, and push hot air out at the same time. Are there any climate control devices that will accomplish this? Since I have cold winters i'm thinking this may save $ on cooling. tia

If you have cold winters use some kind of heater and a thermostat. I have a cheap plug in thermostat and a tubular heater.

When temps drop below 18 Celcius the heater kicks in, when it hits 18 it turns off again. Super simple to set up and cheap to run. You could also hook this thermostat to your fan and set it to turn off when it gets too cold etc

I get cold winters so I tend to do one big grow a year. The lights go from 1200K for veg to 4K for flowering so it has to be cool to keep the room cool. This thermostat runs the exhaust. The heat comes from house central heat when the lights are off.

I have afew of these and couldent do it with out them they can be used to heat and cool can have separate day and night settings and can be adjusted to come come on or turn off 3°,5°,7° from target temp

Inline fan connects to a y with 2 electronic controlled dampers on "flip flops" (one set to always open; other set to always closed) plug them into a blueprint day night temp controllers. Your gonna then be pulling hot air out and fresh air in only when your rooms gets set over the set temp. When it isn't turned on the fan just recirculates back into the room, allowing you to still be able to use a carbon filter to scrub air. Can be used for cooling in the summer and heating in the winter.
