Autoflowers and color temp?

I plan on growing some auto flowers using CFLs. Do I want to start with 6500k, and switchto 2700k after a few weeks, or use both colors, or just 1 of the 2 throughout growing? Oppinions and esperience plus pics of autoflower cfl grows would be helpful.

I am growing with 42 watt 2700k, My strain is Short rider auto from nirvana. auto's have little if any veg time so you can grow your entire grow with 2700K if you want.

Those Girls ar gnarley looking man! Nice! How far from harvest would you say they are in those pics? Also did you top them at all, do you tend to do that for autoflowers?

Nirvanna says they will finish in 44 days, Im giving her another week. Im waiting for her to amber up a little more. I didnt top this female, It's only one plant, different bud sites shown the main cola is only 17 inches tall. but nice and thick it will be harvested first.

After you harvest the main cola, do you expect the other buds to boost in growth?

I'm not really expecting the buds to get any larger, I just want to let them amber up also, the outer buds are still mainly milky. It comes down to a preference thing, Im going for a stoney, couch lock.

And 1 more question, did you use 24 solid hours of light, or something else?

20/4 is usually plenty but 24/0 can be done as well. Im happy to answer any questions about my auto female. I can talk for days about her so if you need further tips from me please ask. I am no master but if i happen to know i will tell you.
