AutoFlowering Light Cycles?

Im sure this has been asked before and even a link to the correct post would be helpful. I decided to put it here as I was unsure where it should be correctly located.

My question is... With the auto flowering seeds what light/dark cycles do you use from seed to harvest because they are auto flowering? And also what light spectrum bulbs would you recommend through the different stages because you are not triggering the flowering process through changing the light cycle?

I keep my auto seedlings under 24/0 of T5 for a month or so, then to a 400w HPS to finish on 20/4.....You can use flowering spectrum the full time if you wish. Auto are gonna do their thing on theri own internal code regardless of type of light or duration....but more of the proper light spectrum can and will affect yeild.

Ok cool thanks for the info. Interested to see if other people have other methods or agree with the times and lights that Oldreefer has put. Its not intended as a put down towards you oldreffer just curious to gather variety of opinions to see what peoples experiences have been over all.
