autoflowering fem strains

are they worth growing? i was looking at lowlife auto ak-47 feminized or lowryder 2 feminized auto. I don't know much about autoflowering strains. How do they work? what light schedule should i give them? are the even potent?? whatt ype of nutes do i gtive them?? how tall do they get?? i know they are short plants but are they at least a 1ft tall?? just need some info on how to care for them. thanks

my buddy grew diesel ryder and yielded very small off of 5 plants, only like about 3 ounces or so

anyone out here with some input on this? how long do you have them in vegging? what light shcedule is used

They get like 14 inches tall max, they grow independent of a light schedule so 24 or 12/12 dosen't make a difference. Alot of people have bitched about the yield, most people say the potency is about average for some good dope.

thanks for the reply, so it doesnt matter if you give them 12/12 or 20/4 or constant light?

i think the more light they get, the more they produce. but if you wanted to do the lights in effin 30 second bursts all day, they still would continue to flower (and probably hermie)

will they do ok under t-5's 24-7? what size pot would be good for them?n

larger the pot, higher the yield, i'd say 2.5 would be good. and i personally hate florescents, so i'm kinda biased, but if you like them t5s would do the trick.

when should they be given nutes at what week? and what nutes? just bloom?

I'm told they nuteburn easy, I suggest foxfarm at 1/3 or so strength once they start forming buds. Otherwise, just get some hot soil.

I just came off a lowryder grow.I did 6 ak47 and loved them.I had a 24hr light reg.I gave them vegging nutes for the fist 3 weeks until I seen hairs then switched flower reg.I got just about a pound.Growing hydro.Smokes not bad.Im in the process of germ'n 30 ak47 fem.Good luck and WELL worth it!
