Autoflower seedling help? heat? oooo

So I just recently ordered some short rider fem. auto seeds from nirvana, 4/5 germinated and 2 days ago about I planted them into some slightly moist FFOF soil in 3 gal pots. How long do you think they should take to sprout? Also about lighting I have a 400w HPS. I tried using it and in my small closet, about 3x3 feet 9 feet or so high it gets very hot, reaching about 90 degrees F when the door is closed, even with my 3 fans on. It is either this or my 17w flourescent tube, and 3 CFLs, 13w, 14w, and 23w. I figured the 400w would be better but idk for the seedlings? and it is also very hot what can i do? and what can i expect to happen if i weren't to change anything? all appreciated.

and what should someone expect to yield from 4 short riders under a 400w?

have you got a cooltube on the hps itself?

no I got a deal from my local hydro store for 149.99 its just the bulb the reflector and the ballast. what would a cool tube do? how much could it lower the temp?
