Please can someone help me, tomorrow im ordering my inline fans,

im growing in a 1m(w) x 3m(h) x 0.5m (d) room, with 2 x 250 cfl reds

SOMEONE on here growing autos must have a similar set up or have experienced one in the past.

My question: will 180 m3/h extraction PLUS a 180 m3/h intake, both get the heat out my growroom with 500w of light?

I have absolutely NO experience with ventilation and im completely clueless, and about to spend alot of money on this shit

thanks for any input, happy growing!

i just did a fucked up calculation that im pretty sure wouldnt pass a maths test, but the answer i got was that my grow room would be technicaly emptied of air in 3 minutes using the 180 m3/h extration. this still doesnt mean anything to me coz i dunno how long 500w lights take to heat a room up

Well you failed the maths test. At that rating it should clear all the air in 30 seconds but this will be slowed by any bends in the ducting, carbon filters etc. Also you want as much fresh air as possible into your tent so bigger is better

haaha yeah i thought id failed. Who would have known id have needed maths being a stoner. If your doing fine with a 600w on similar fans then im gonna go for the 180 m3/h, coz they are the 'silent' model and are 18 db at full speed. The model size up is $30 more plus doesnt include the elastic vibration absorber. Thanks for the help +rept
