Autoflower Question?

I just ordered some autoflowering seeds. I was wondering if I put them in my grow area at 12/12. Will they still flower correctly? How much quanity am I jeopardizing by doing this?
 
Do you have regular plants on 12/12 or something? Autoflowers want at least 18 hours of light, any less than that and you're not going to get full yield.
