Autoflower nute burn 2 weeks before harvest!!

Hey everyone, this is my first post on here obviously but I have been doing a lot of research on my problem without a 100% answer. So I am at day 60 from seed and had no issues throughout grow before now. The grow is indoor under 600w HPS and in 3 gallon pot but I cannot remember the soil I used. When I checked on her yesterday I was shocked at what I saw (pictures attached). I went ahead and flushed her since I am about two weeks from harvest and needed to anyway. I just want to reconfirm that this is a nute burn and not something else I have overlooked!! My schedule has been feed, feed and then just water every 4-5 days for roughly a month. I am using 3/4 strength nutes and have attached a pic of the specs off the fert I'm using... I know its not the best stuff and I'll def be switching to organics next grow!! Any help is much appreciated!!

Yup, she OD'd. I'm not usually big on flushing but in your case I say flush that shit out. That stuff has way more urea N than Miracle Grow does, you should save it for something else and buy something better for your next grow.

Thanks nature, I figured that's what it was... somehow it went from perfectly healthy to that in about 10-12 hours. Guess I'll just have to go lighter next round.
