this will be my first grow and im trying to make it as simple as possible. i all ready got some seeds on the way from attitude seeds that is photoperiod. than i found out about autos and thought since im a total newbie they would be much easier and faster, but i herd online somewere that they come from ruderalis and i herd that's basically dirt weed and the yield and potency sucks as well . Is that true?? how is taste, smell, potency on these plants vs photoperiod plants. thanks for any help info or advise!:eyesmoke:

Just grow the Photos theres not much different, keep reading online to expand your knowledge.

Autos can produce some very potent weed. Its a myth that they produce dirt weed. Some strains probably do, but so do some photo strains as well. Stick to good breeders and you'll be fine

good strains are available, jus look at recent posts on this forum and you will see which types people like to grow out and look at 'auto flower bud porn' in this auto forum for some inspiration.

there is no answer to your question, both have pros and cons, good luck

Depending on how ignorant some of the people are and which information or misinformation has been absorbed by them you're going to get all different opinions.

Both autos and photos have pros and cons depending on what your looking to get from your grow.

Generally speaking, potency will be the same.
Autos will be smaller, yield less and you wont be able to clone them (very well). Also a bit easier for a newbie.
Photos will generally yield more, have more of a selection, can be cloned and are slightly more involved than autos, As far as light schedules anyway. (Which is no big deal)

Keep an eye on that blue hash, the blueberry cut dinafem uses for breeding is hermie prone.
Good luck with your grow!
