Auto-Flowering Light cycle question

So i just i just bought 5x blue invader auto , popped them in wet towel and now their not out of the soil but what should i start with as lighting cycle? Because i know it's '' auto flowering '' but do i need to put them already on a 6light/18dark or i have to let them grow on a 4 week 18light/6dark? I want them to be a little tall but i dont want some tiny plant buddy .... and i have some time so im not rushed to have a yield but i dont really want to fuck their life cycle either...

If anyone have some answer on that it would be greatly appreciated!

You never put anything on 6light 18 dark. For a auto 24/0 is the Best lighting because the need as much light as possible to finish and thrive in that little time frame they have.

If you want them tall, then raise your lights farther away than you normally would to make them stretch.
But I don't think you should start doing that until maybe a month or so after sprouting, just to let some roots get started a little, and get at least SOME strength in the main stalk.

Making your plant stretch for the light isn't necessarily going to increase your yield massively, but it will get a bit more light and air circulation on the buds.
I'd give your girls at least a couple of hours darkness, they need their beauty sleep! I can see a difference in plant health between 24/0 and 20/4...

18/6 = tall autos, minimum yield
20/4 = medium autos, slightly more yield

I would not do 24/7
They need to rest.. 4 hours minimum

Some have done 24/7. The outcome is 5% more yield. Not even worth the electricity

plants sure look a lot nicer when they get some dark period. more alive looking
