Ok so I ha e 3 akr and 3 photoperiod plants just about ready to flower I only have 1 600wt hps and 1 grow box should I just let them grow in 12/12 or should I keep it at 18/6 and keep my photoperiod plants that are ready to flower in veg state....idk what to do....help!

Anyone someone.....lol k in other words anyone had experience growing auto akr in 12/12? Its been under 20/4 for close to a month

im doing AKR auto under 125w cfl red on a 20/4 and thats how im keeping it throughout? as your using hps not sure.....

Im growing a DNA Genetics 60 Day Wonder - Started it under 18/6 MH but had to switch to 12/12 HPS for regular strain - Plant is doing very well and there is growing evidence that autoflowers actually do better under 14/10 and/or 12/12

I would keep them on 20/4, i have a few going on at the moment I'm on day 27 and have had a 600hps since day 8 and their loving it. Make sure you don't put it too close too start.

AKR will finish under 12/12. As an autoflower it does not matter what your light cycle is in terms of when it flowers or finishes. However, you will reduce your potential yield at 12/12. your potecy will not be affected. It's your call, but you will have some monster photos if you continue to veg those photos. Your photos can double or triple in size after you start to flower them, so be mindful of your grow space.
I have grown a lot of autoflower varieties, and while all are a little different, they really meet their potential at 20/4 or 18/6.

Where did you get this growing evidence from? I've actually ran test on auto's with various lighting regimes and i can tell you I'll out yield any grower on those 2 light schedules. In fact from my tests i'll avg 1/4 ounce or better yield on 24/0 versus 20/4.

im running 16/8 all the way. why bother with autos if your going to change the light cycle?.

Thanks everyone decided to put em outside one is 18" with buds starying all over othet is only 8" and they both have the same buds and leaf sets they were both were equal distance from 600wt hps put em outside today.
