It's already set in stone. The rethuglicans have gained the majority and that was one of her (the Governor's) campaign promises. Thanks for backing her Gary Johnson. You let your partisan politics get in the way of your personal convictions. Now we have to pay the price.

Why would you assume that I haven't? I have been fighting this fight since 2002 until it was made law in 2006. I have been on the front lines since the beginning. This isn't the voice of doom and drama. This is speaking from facts and experience. I will be there raising Cain with the rest of them but it's not going to do a lick of good. Mrs. Martinez has been after this bill since she started running for office. She is hell bent for leather to repeal it or make it impossible to obtain medication.

And another thing, if it passes, get rid of your grow equipment and plants immediately. They have access to all our names in the DOH data banks and I'm sure there are going to be some arrests before all is said and done.

That is, IF, it passes.

Well so much for Ray Shiprock. Passed committe and house thats 0 for 2. But it is nice to actually get a reply an not a form letter. Will the governor sign it if it passed the senate?

I do not know where u got your info from but it is still in committee and hasn't done anything as of yet.......so check your sources
