Attitude--Way less than ideal first order

I was stoked about the Birthday Promo and decided to try an order. I stayed up until 10AM GMT, had a cart ready, waited a few minutes to be sure that it was after 10 GMT, then started to pay for my order. The cart was emptied when the site failed to load.

I added a few items back to the cart and tried to checkout again (I really wanted some unique schwag...Barney's Grinder, and the free seeds). The checkout took a couple of minutes.

The site disconnected shortly after submitting payment information.

Then nothing...


I tried to log in to check status over the next 2 hours. After checking my email, I discovered the email receipt for payment.

Attitude says I didn't pay. Receipt and credit card show that I did.

I have none of the free seeds in my cart (G13, TH Seeds, Dark Star, etc...) and I didn't get to grab any cool birthday stuff.

The stellar customer service that I keep hearing about is seriously lacking. I'm only getting Attitude from Attitude.

I'm sad to say that I bought into the hype over Attitude. I was stoked about this promo. Some of the birthday seeds sounded like great genes to add to the collection.

I'm not bashing the tude...just wanting to point out that they are not as stellar as everyone seems to think.

At least it only took a couple of days for them to tell me I was SOL.
 
Try Hemp Depot, some good deals on Reeferman's gear & TGA is cheaper there than the atitude.
Probably a bad time for a first time order, I'm sure they were swamped with orders and Murphy's Law kicked in on your order.
 
to be fair i think they got really swamped during this promo, everyone was on it the site had some proplems due to all the traffic.

You'll find he ain't ONE unlucky guy. There are many.

I swear I saw on there web site, on Friday that they would extend it to Monday. Not to rub a tender nerve but that blows!

*oh its about 7:30pm there right now...
 
I can understand having a poor IT department, overselling your product, etc.... What I don't like is the shitty customer service on the back end. I can see where some folks are way stoked about this promo. It's almost worth paying the extra $30 for shipping and handling when you get the extra strains in this promo. There are several seeds in the promo that I really want to grow.

That being said, I'll be cancelling the charges if this issue isn't resolved tonight when they open.

Where else can you order Barney's seeds?
 
Sorry you had a bad experience. They were having server problems before the promo launched and the promo seemed to fuck it up big time. Lol I didn't even try grabbing a bday present or ordering on the 1st day. Sucks mine hasn't dispatched yet (there's probably so many orders before mine) but its better than trying to order something during a server glitch. I heard a few other ppl had the same problem.
 
I was locked out and had to refill my basket a few times also. I don't think their servers were ready for such a huge hit...they did extend the sale...but the bean selection had been depleted from the sale.

I got my email saying my order was all good...but hasn't hit the mail yet.

Lot's of places to find Barney's....I was going to post a few sites, but just do a search for Barney's seeds and you will find lots of sellers.
 
Shame to hear what happened =/ Attitude is starting to get so much business it seems they can't take care of as many problems customer-wise as before.
 
It sounds like Attitude has hit "business puberty".

I happened to be one of the customers who received poor service. The hype is awesome. Everybody talks about their outstanding service. Unfortunately, I haven't seen that level of service.

Technology can be problematic. Everybody understands this. The follow-up service should be able to make up for this unplanned event (more like majorly hyped and expected).

I'll call in the morning. The e-mail solutions are ineffective and inefficient in this case.
 
I'm waiting to see if they'll make up their last fuck up on my previous order.... I'm being told via email everything will be taken care of, but I've heard that before. This is my last chance to have them get it right.
 
i had my cart filled too & it got cleared out...Tga shit is going out of stock, fast.
 
I totally agree with you on that. Shit happens and that's understandable but I also have no patience for companies that don't at least try to make it up to you on the back end through reimersment or great service. I wouldn't tolerate it either and luckily haven't had too from attitude (knock on wood). So far my only other experience was excellant arriving in 8 days. And no it wasn't a long time ago, it was 2 weeks ago. It seems the only problems with attitude seem to be solely do to them having "too much business" and is likely why there not rushing to change there procedure. The sheer volume of orders placed this weekend is definately the reason for there problems. But its much easier to be understanding when my order wasn't the one fuxed up. well i was told that unfortunately the free item I desired was out of stock so no bd gift....tough luck...sorry for the inconvenience, blah, blah, blah... bs in my book!!! but is ok as even before this occurred I was planning on trying out the boo, sannies', hemp depot and /world of seeds before the tude which should take about 3-4 grows...and now I know I will so there's my contribution to their growing pains... Gonna give em a year and a half to get there shit together...lol

I ordered around 6 am mountain as that was when it finally took my order...and they still haven't "dispatched" them yet......:evil:

The packaged my order after a call. No birthday freebies on the receipt. The girl I spoke with said that she'd take care of it. NO further discussion from her about what that meant. I guess we'll see what happens with the shipping. No judgement until receipt of the items.

Unless the package arrives with a cornucopia of cannabis goodies, the Attitude is off my list of places to order from. Customer service was shit.

You can keep a mushroom in the dark and feed it shit. I'm no fungi :)
 
Just relax and wait til it is all said and done. If you get your order and all the freebies are not there give them a call and they will make it up on the next order. They are jammed right now, give it a week or two and they will give yah better cs. They know their site crashed and shit is gonna be messed up.
 
Maybe they shouldn't do such a promo if there not prepared or capable of doing so much business. Customer service shouldn't be sacrifeced for more business and customers will not handle it well. The only reason they get away with it is because of the "underground" type of business they do. I still commend them for doing a majority of good business but al it takes to get overcome is another company that will provide service. I mean they set there own policies so if they can't live up to them then they shouldn't have made such a deadline for themselves. I'm speaking of the 3 days to dispatch and "garauntee" that seem so flawed
