So is po box delivery safer than home? Id still have to sign regardless?

Don't be paranoid and just sign if needed. If the beans are found in Customs they will not send them on and notify the cozzers and postal workers are not going to examine the package and postal workers cannot arrest you. I couldn't guess how many times I have signed for beans in my life but it has been a fair number of times and there wasn't a DEA-man waiting in the bushes.
If you are so paranoid about just receiving beans maybe you should rethink your plans to grow. Every time a helicopter flies overhead or a strange car is parked nearby for long or you hear odd noises at night and the dog barks you will be horrified the cozzers were about to break down your door and you will end up with an ulcer from worrying.

Postal workers can't, but the postal inspector can. They have more authority than most federal law enforcement branches. But they've definitely got bigger fish to fry than some seed importers.

Remember that we are talking about postal workers here .... so can and will are two different things.
Unless the package is accidentally ripped open in front of a postal worker and the illegal contents spill out and they get an inspector they will not inspect incoming mail like that, especially something that has already passed the 'close scrutiny' of U.S. Customs. They will just process it like it is a birthday card or something.

You will still get the package it will just have a sticker and a notice in it that it had been searched by customs. You do not have to worry about any kind of retaliation unless you order I would say over 100 and they get found. Then they would obviously suspect you of being a major grower.
They only time the packages are scaned are when they enter the country.
Just order ten beans(I recommend KC Brains) They are only 20 bucks for 10 an have a nice choice.

I have been ordering from Attitude since early last year. I have never had a problem with their stealth shipping or their regular shipping. I did use serious seeds and my order was fucked in one way or another more than once. Even if it is checked by customs, which it probably won't, but if it is all they do is take the contraband, put a homeland security sticker on it, place it back in the package with a letter letting you know beans are illegal in the U.S. and ship you and empty seed pack. I know because it happened. Jesus Christ do you honestly think they're going to spend ten of thousands of dollars and hours of man hours to bust you. Keep your orders small and simple. Represent.

NEVER signature required huh? You sure about that? From what I gather, you most likely have to sign for it.if you order from attitude frequently enough (like myself), they ship orders out the same day you place them AND theres never signature required.

Wait, doesn't it have to do with if you select the guaranteed shipping or not? If not guaranteed then they don't require signature, if guaranteed then you have to sign for it.
