why do you think it's been caught by customs m8?? have you gotten a letter from customs saying they have your gear or are you just saying it's been 15 days and it must be in customs hands??
15 days isn't much time imho.. take into account weekends and what not, that's a bit over a week ship time.. i have had orders take over 3 weeks time.. not all of them mind you, but some..
what does the tracking info say? idk about canada, but in the us, once it gets past the isc in new york, it's past customs and on it's way to me..

lol, i try to be nice and helpful, but the title of the thread made me think dude's got a letter saying that customs snagged his gear, but come to find out he just hasn't gotten his order yet.. idk mang..

What did the letter say the reason for the hold was, and are the confiscating your package or just not releasing it yet. Forward the letter to attitude and if you got the guarenteed shipping you should be OK to get a replacement shipment.
What shipping methods did you choose, I have had three attitude orders make it to Alberta with no problems yet.

It says agriculture products are banned from entering canada, they will be destroyed after being held 48 hours. it says 18 CANNABIS SEEDS that were undeclared, and that's it.

I sent them an email with a scan of the letter. I hope I at least get a response. I told them they could keep all the freebies, keep the free grinder, if they would at least re-ship the order. I was also nice to them in my email. I get the feeling a lot of guys on the forums start right away with threats, and that's a great way to get nowhere fast with customer service.

Really ? jesburger you got a letter from the Canadian custom after only 15 days ??? Wow!!! tax dollars at work very impressive!!!!! I've been ordering seeds for over 12 years now from many seeds bank & got a few of my order seized by Canadian custom typically they send you a registered letter 90 days after the seizure ( ya! that's the rule ). The letter would mention the date of seizure, a description of goods and/or conveyance saying " Approx 48 presume cannabis seeds. Cannabis seeds are a substance prohibited at importation. " it would also include the identification of Seizing Officer is matriculate number. They always join a resume of the rules on last page. My guess is you are lying or have been victim of a fake letter send by a buddy of yours who happen to know you are stressed about that order HA Ha !!!. I normally figure out an order have been seized when the tracking says " order as arrive in Canada and will be reviewed by custom " if it stay like that for more than a day or two than it's seized. the next step i email attitude mentioning all that they replied to m & ask for a confirmation of my address and they simply resend it. One of there resend was seized at one point so i re-communicate with them they replied to me again this time asking for a alternate shipping address and the resend again & i finally got that order. With the attitude as long as you buy their souvenir ( t-shirt or else ) it's really guaranteed, with sea of seeds you have to pay for super discrete shipping but it's the same. Basically when i get any of the letter i received from the Canada Border Services Agency I'm already growing the seeds that attitude as resend. When emailing to attitude for any problem you have with you order ( or any other seeds bank ) never actually mention you are germinating the seed or they won't replied to you it's the law they have to work with
