Attitude Seed: good service

So I sent my (expensive) order and promptly got nothing but a tshirt. Green tape, nothing else. Bummed, so I sent an email with photo, and they reshipped immediately. I tracked the first order and it had gone through Chicago, after what I read, no surprise. The next time it came through San Fran (I'm on west coast) with a different stealth, sailed right through. Great customer service, thank you Attitude, and damn quick too.

Pretty excited about this collection, going to have some fun, and got some high CBD also.

Which makes me wonder why they even bother w/ the tee shirt. Still, props again to Attitude. The Dec promo is sweeeeeeeeet.

Wouldn't surprise me if they bought a warehouse of them, and just don't want to accept that the method has been compromised.

I think US Customs in Chicago has a few closet growers working for them ?

everyone is always harping on about a customs agent stealing them or a postal worker pocketing them. I consider it a slight possibility, but generally a load of rubbish.

I think the issue is more that you have kids running around making threads saying they orderedd seeds with the t-shirt, or the mug, and they arrived in chicago and now they are still waiting. How on earth is it going to remain a stealth shipping option if everyone runs arou/nd detailing the nature of the stealth.

On the Customs growers that was a joke but the other part of what you said was well said.. If someone has a good stealth way to send stuff it won't be for long... think before you post people.

The oh shit notes and the smiley faces were not part of normal customs operations. That a customs agent could have been taking them at first is a real possibility. The notes and smiley faces seem to have stopped, but when they started showin up in packages is when this all started.

Certainly it is a possibility, but i do not personally consider it as an issue in any way. Authorities have often been caught smirking or making snarky comments. If i was bored and found some seeds, id have considered putting a smiley face on it. It's not as if they discovered a pound of uncut cocaine. In any corporation there is more leeway with regard to actions when it is an item of insignificance. Customs probably couldn't give two damns about intercepting seeds, but the law and their superiors demand that they do. Intercepting seeds will do absolutely nothing to change the amount of pot grown, and everyone knows it. It's purely protocol.

At the end fo the day, noone knows anything, so my argument is no more or less valid than yours, i just don't personally see it as a viable argument. I don't even know how people decided to relate a smiley face in their packet with the seeds being stolen.

Heck, one could argue that they put the smiley face instead of a customs notifications so as to make it harder to get a re-ship. No different to people stating what stealth they paid for, they then go out of their way to vividly explain the procedure for getting the seeds re-shipped. One would have to be an absolute fool to think that people or machines are not employed to look out for these kinds of discussions. "hey, just take a photo of X and the tude will reship", so iff the authorities read this and chose to act, they simply change the way in which they take the beans (why should they bother informing you with an official notice that they took your seeds, you're not about to pipe up to the police about your seeds going missing and there not being such a letter) and you no longer get a re-ship based on the companies present policy.

sorry, but i think that the notions of customs agents stealing seeds for themselves is just absurd.

The way people related a smiley face in their package with their seeds being taken was the fact that there was a smiley face in the package and no seeds with a note saying got you. And it didn't make it harder to get a reship, just had to take a picture of the UFO card with the face and/or note, and they reshipped. Heck, one could argue that you are the Customs agent.

That last part was sarcasm, and in no way meant to be taken seriously.

yes customer service is good but the stealth shipping sucks have my original order confiscated by customs 6 weeks ago and now my reship has been sitting in Chicago for 27 days now un fucking believable waiting to hear from attitude to see what's going to happen now bro this shit isn't getting through Chicago very fucking pissed off
