Attitude Seed Bank "Reship" and tracking number is "Reg Mail"?????

So my first order from the TUDE went south and got taken by LA ISC. 10days it sat in there just hanging out. got it in the mail soon after that with green tape from "boarder protections" got the letter from the saying that took my cannabis sativus seeds hahah and now i have a reship form the TUDE. but my Tracking number on they re-ship is "REG MAIL" and what does that mean for me? can i not track my packages anymore? will is just arrive at a random date and does what kind of stealth is that going to be in?????
