attitude phone ordering?

anyone know about ordering from phone at the attitude? it says they do them, my prepaid card company said they declined my transaction because the country is blocked. crazy because i tried a few diff ones. they say its because of fraud they are blocked.

I haven't had a problem yet sending cash but I've only done it twice so far with the mns auction I just use a security envelope and put it in between 2 pieces of paper. but I haven't had a problem with prepaid cards what kind do you have? I got the walmart pre paid master card but I had to wait for the permanent card to order internationally.
