Attic Grow

i am building a grow room in the attic 10" x 10".
does anybody know if heat will still show on my roof tiles, with 200mm of normal loft insulation and 12.5mm of plasterboard covering underneath.
i dont want snow melting, or rainwater drying out faster than the surrounding buildings.


this insulation i bought is subsidised by the uk government to help lower the cost for home owners to insulate their homes, thus, lowering the countries C02 carbon emissions output, you are limited to the amount you are allowed, and not allowed to use it if trade.
it is made by knauf but placed in plain packaging and usually retails at £25 a roll which is a saving of 60%.

the room slopes from roughly 1 metre to 2 metres high at the sides and flat at the ends so i am growing barneys farm lsd which are shortish and easily kept low.
planning on 4 x 600 watt lamps and squeeze 28 plants under them. (or if anyone thinks i can get more let me know)
i have an 8" fresh air intake and an unused chimney with a few bricks removed for the 8" exhaust near the chimney pot at the top.
i have already been caught at the last property i had with a huge growroom which had been burgled and all weed was nicked but i still got charged with cultivation of a class b which has been dropped as no actual drug to use for evidence, they confiscated and destroyed all the equipment as i said no comment to every single question from the police. they know i was doing it, but proving it cannot be done.
