Hey Budgoro,
After doing a little research on this subject on this site I've found out, tents will not work up the attic because it will be hard to hold the desire temperature.. I ,myself is also planing on building a small room up :-P..

I am finishing my an heated attic room and will be starting a second grow. Im not sure how to link to a grow journal but I will be updating mine to show how I did it. In general I built a false wall 4 foot off the back (Not an expensive one just enough tohold insulation - If you picture what you need to do is instead of a tent it is going to be and insulation tent), One side is Veg other is flower. I bring air in from the soffits of the house and it vents through the peak. For Temp control I bought a 15$ simple plug in device that turns a vent fan at 78 and off at 70. The lights will give you almost enough heat, but you will need a small space heater on the floor to keep the bottom warm. If your interested I can give you more details. I live in Northeren Ohio, Pretty much doing the same thing.

i would do some type of framing dose not have to be built like a house but you will need insulation. i would do black plastic out side then insulation in between framing then do a white plastic or mylar inside. if you just do plastic it condasate on the in side. could drip on thing you dont want to get wet like hot bulbs.

Make a frame then use some Kingspan for the walls/ ceiling, works a treat. Holds in the heat well and is already covered in silver on one side.
